After changing from Architecture to Photography, Damon assisted some of the Leading Photographers in New York City for three and a half years.

He then moved to Paris where he started shooting for himself, gaining valuable experience working with European Magazines. Three years later, back in NYC, he started working with Condenast and worked under a exclusive contract for US Glamour.

This led to Advertising jobs and more Editorial work which spanned between Europe, New York and Cape Town where he now resides.
